This gorgeous set contains all of the 7 Chakra singing bowls.

Each singing bowl is approximately 250gms, 7.5cm wide and 4cm deep. The singing bowls each come with a 7.5cm chakra cushion.  The complete box set weights approx 2.4kg and the box is 50cm x 50cm x 35 cm and comes with one 10cm mallet.  

Singing Bowls are one of the ancient Tibetan meditation tools. The pure sounds produced when the rim is rubbed by the striker is said to put the brain into a meditative state. The vibrations of the singing bowls have the same wavelength found in the brainwaves that produce feelings of relaxation.

In addition to their traditional usage for meditation, Tibetan singing bowls are used for deep relaxation, stress reduction, holistic healing, Reiki, chakra balancing and World music. Many people find that the rich blend of harmonic overtones which the  bowls produce have a direct affect upon their chakras. Playing the bowls usually causes an immediate centring effect. The tones set up a "frequency following response" that creates a balancing left/right brain synchronisation. Meditating on the subtle sounds of the Tibetan singing bowl tunes one in to the universal sound within and without.
